1. BILLING & PROMOTION
a). FARAH ZUBIR is to headline at this event and all artwork is to be approve by FARAH ZUBIR Management prior to printing or online publication.
b). All event artwork must feature artist logos, photos and video.
c). No audio or video recording or broadcasting of any part of the artist performance may be made without prior writtren consent from FARAH ZUBIR Management.
d). Any press of public relation activities the promotier may wish FARAH ZUBIR Management prior to the event.
e). FARAH ZUBIR is booked as a DJ at your event in his own right. Under no circumstance is the name "FARAH ZUBIR" to be used in relation to endorsement, exclusive with a promoter or club name, record label, magazine or any other corporate identity without prior written permission obtained in advance from FARAH ZUBIR Management.
2. TECHICAL
a). Please ensure that the following equipment is available for the artist and working condition :
* 2x pioneer CDJ 2000s Nexus 2 or 3000 Nexus (note : These must be interlinked for USB use.)
* 1x Pioneer DJM 900 Dj Mixer (please advise if another make or model).
* 2x Powerful monitor and sub monitor speakers, controlled from the dj mixer to be arranged .
3. TRAVEL HOTEL AND MEALS
a). All air travel ( Min 2 tickets Batik Air / Garuda Indonesia Return)., if any changes must be approved by FARAH ZUBIR management.1 Car ( Min Innova Reborn) if any changes must be approved by FARAH ZUBIR management before booking and promoter must pay for all ground transportation costs during the artist stay.
b). All hotel accomodation books for FARAH ZUBIR must be up to 1 rooms, a minimum 4 starwith high speed internet access in the room and breakfast include, plus late check-out arranged for the 3 hours prior to artist flight departure time on the day following the event.
4. HOSPITALITY
a). Refreshment must be provided by the promoter for FARAH ZUBIR in the green rooms at the venue upon arrival, including :
* 1 Waiting room in venue
* 1 bootle of premium whiskey ( Red Label/Jameson) , *NO BEER NO SOJU*.
* 2 mixer greentea + 2 cola
* 4 bootle of mineral water
* Facial tissue during performance
* Selection of fruit
* Snacks mix platter.
( If there is a change about compliment, you must first confirm it with Farah Zubir Management )
5. RATE CARD FARAH ZUBIR
A. RATE EVENT
1. Jabodetabek = Rp. 3.000.000,-
2. Pulau Jawa = Rp. 4.000.000,- ( with money meals for 2 person per day Rp 600.000,- )
3. Luar Pulau Jawa = Rp. 6.000.000,- ( with money meals for 2 person per day Rp 600.000,- )
B. RATE REGULAR JABODETABEK
1. Satu Bulan 4x = Rp. 9.000.000 (3x weekday & 1 weekend)
2. Satu Bulan 8x = Rp. 16.000.000 ( 6x weekday & 2x weekend)
